Job Summary
You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple session data, and helping children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment, collaborate with a supportive team, and participate in growth opportunities through the clinic’s advancement paths.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- High school diploma
- 18 years or older
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
