Job Summary
Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data while working one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment. Stay active and engaged throughout sessions, ensuring reliable attendance and punctuality. Maintain an active pace while working with young children and be willing to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire. Occasionally support nearby ABC clinics if additional coverage is needed.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
- Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed
