Job Summary
You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities, stay active and engaged during therapy, maintain a clean, safe environment, and collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow. The role requires a High School diploma (or higher), ability to lift up to 30 lbs, reliability, and commitment to obtaining/maintaining RBT certification, with guaranteed full-time hours and opportunities for growth within ABC.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years old or older
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
