Job Summary
One-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, help children learn through play and activities, stay active and engaged during therapy, maintain a safe therapy environment, and collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow and succeed. Includes guaranteed full-time hours, growth opportunities, and a supportive culture. Role requires RBT certification and completion of paid RBT training within 20 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable with active pace and working with young children
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
