Job Summary
One-on-one ABA therapy with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based methods. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, help children learn through play and activities, stay actively engaged during therapy, maintain a safe and organized environment, and collaborate with a supportive team. On-site full-time role at ABC’s Round Rock, TX clinic (8am–5pm, with optional Saturdays). Training leading to paid RBT certification and opportunities for growth into clinical administration, operations, and BCBA pathways.
Required Qualifications
- Active RBT Certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- 18+ years old
