Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one play-based ABA therapy with children ages 18 months to 8 years by following personalized treatment plans, collecting session data, and facilitating learning through movement, reading, and games. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment while staying active and engaged throughout sessions. Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed. Work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm with optional Saturdays based on patient needs. Must be at least 18 years old, hold a high school diploma, and be willing to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
- Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed
