Job Summary
One-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy; follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data; help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities; maintain a clean, active therapy environment; collaborate with a supportive team focused on child growth and success. The role requires active RBT Certification and offers guaranteed full-time hours, progressive raises, paid training, health coverage, and growth opportunities into clinical/administrative roles. The work schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays based on patient needs; location is in Richmond, TX; start date is immediate.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
