Job Summary
Deliver play-based ABA therapy one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years; follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data; help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities; maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment; collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed; must have an active RBT certification and be willing to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire; reliable attendance and punctuality required; eligible for guaranteed full-time hours with ongoing growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Commitment to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
