Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based methods. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, help children learn through play and activities, stay active and engaged during sessions, maintain a clean and safe therapy environment, and collaborate with a supportive team. Position is full-time (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm with optional Saturdays); opportunities for growth into clinical administrator, operations manager, or BCBA roles via programs. Paid training included with guaranteed full-time hours and regular raises, plus comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
