Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

In this full-time role, you work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, and collecting simple session data. You help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities, stay active and engaged during therapy, maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment, and collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow. The position requires an active RBT certification (or willingness to complete paid certification within 20 days of hire), a high school diploma, and eligibility to work in the US. The pay scales with education level (High School/Associate: $17.50–$24/hour; Bachelor: $21–$25.50/hour; Master: $23.50–$27/hour) and offers guaranteed full-time hours, benefits, and growth opportunities within ABC.
