Job Summary
You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans and collecting simple session data. Responsibilities include helping children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities; staying active and engaged throughout therapy sessions; maintaining a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment; collaborating with a supportive team to help kids grow and succeed. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays based on patient needs, and requires active RBT certification. Paid training is provided, with the opportunity for growth into administrative, operational, or BCBA pathways. Salary depends on education level, ranging from $16–$24/hour for high school/associate’s to up to $28/hour for Master’s degree-equivalent experience, with annualized compensation based on the applicable education tier. Required Qualifications
- CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed
