Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Job Summary
You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data. Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment. Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays; guaranteed full-time hours with growth opportunities; access to paid RBT certification and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Certification REQUIRED: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
