Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities; stay active and engaged during therapy sessions; maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment; collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed. Role requires eligibility for RBT certification within 20 days of hire; schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays; location is Thornton, CO. Opportunities for growth into Clinical Administrator, Operations Manager, or BCBA pathways. Compensation varies by education level: High School/Associate’s: $20.25–$24/hr; Bachelor’s: $21–$25.50/hr; Master’s: $21–$28/hr. Includes paid training and fully covered RBT certification, with raises every 6 months and benefits.”,
Required Qualifications
