Job Summary
You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple session data, and helping children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment, and collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed. This role offers guaranteed full-time hours, paid training and RBT certification, and opportunities for growth into clinical administrator or BCBA pathways.
Required Qualifications
- RBT Certification (Active)
- High school diploma or associate’s degree
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- 18 years or older
