Job Summary
One-on-one ABA therapy for children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA; position requires Active RBT Certification and completion of paid RBT training within 20 days of hire. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with optional Saturdays; full-time role with guaranteed hours and growth opportunities. Responsibilities include following personalized treatment plans, collecting session data, helping children learn through play and activities, maintaining a safe therapy environment, and collaborating with a supportive team. Required Qualifications
- Active RBT Certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
