Job Summary
RBT role performing one-on-one play-based ABA therapy with children aged 18 months to 8 years. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, and help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain an active, safe therapy environment and collaborate with a supportive team. Full-time schedule (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm; Saturdays optional) with opportunities for career growth and internal advancement, including potential leadership and BCBA pathways. Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to work with children aged 18 months to 8 years

- Willingness to complete RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
