Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

One-on-one ABA therapy with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA strategies. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities, and stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment; collaborate with a supportive team; and participate in growth opportunities such as leadership paths and the Everest Program. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays; guaranteed full-time hours with paid training and progressive raises. Must be willing to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
