Job Summary
One-on-one pediatric ABA therapy for children ages 18 months to 8 years in a clinic setting; implement personalized treatment plans, collect session data, and engage children through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment; collaborate with a supportive team; opportunity for growth into leadership roles and BCBA pathways; guaranteed full-time hours with paid training and regular raises. Requires active RBT certification and completion of paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire; daytime schedule Monday–Friday with optional Saturdays; located at 4440 E Main St, Midlothian, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
