Job Summary
One-on-one ABA therapy for children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA; follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, and help kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment; collaborate with a supportive team and grow into or through leadership, administrative, or BCBA pathways. Full-time daytime schedule (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm; Saturdays optional) with guaranteed hours, paid training and RBT certification support, competitive benefits, and opportunities for advancement. Requires active RBT certification, high school diploma (or higher) and ability to lift up to 30 lbs; role located in Arlington Heights, IL.
Required Qualifications
