Job Summary
One-on-one play-based ABA therapy for children ages 18 months to 8 years using personalized treatment plans; collect simple session data and assist with data-driven progress; stay active and engaged during therapy sessions; maintain a clean, safe therapy environment; collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow; guaranteed full-time hours with paid training to obtain RBT certification; on-site role in Apex, NC with daytime hours (8am–5pm) and optional Saturdays based on patient needs.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- Minimum age 18
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
