Job Summary
One-on-one ABA therapy for children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, help children learn through play and activities, stay active and engaged during sessions, maintain a safe therapy environment, and collaborate with a supportive team focused on growth. Includes paid RBT certification and opportunities for advancement into clinical and administrative roles. Full-time schedule Monday–Friday with optional Saturdays, located in Colleyville, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- Minimum age 18
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
