Job Summary
You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans and collecting session data. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with potential Saturday coverage based on patient needs, located in Red Oak, TX. You will help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities, stay active during therapy, maintain a safe environment, and collaborate with a supportive team. The position includes paid RBT certification and opportunities for growth into administrative or clinical leadership roles, with benefits such as health insurance, PTO, holidays, and wellness perks. Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- High school diploma
