Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based methods. Implement personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, and help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment; collaborate with a supportive team; and be willing to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays based on patient needs; full-time with growth opportunities within ABC.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Team mindset and ability to support nearby clinics if needed
