Job Summary
One-on-one ABA therapy for children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based techniques; follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data; help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities; maintain a safe, clean therapy environment; collaborate with a supportive team; eligible for paid RBT certification and growth opportunities into clinical-administrative roles or BCBA pathways; schedule includes Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays; base pay varies by education level (High School/Associate’s $16–$24/hr; Bachelor’s $16.50–$25.50/hr; Master’s $17.50–$28/hr)
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
