Job Summary
You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans and collecting session data. The role requires an active RBT certification and offers full-time daytime hours (Mon–Fri 8am–5pm, with optional Saturdays) at ABC Action Behavior Centers in Lone Tree, CO. You’ll help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities, maintain a safe therapy environment, collaborate with a supportive team, and have opportunities for advancement into roles such as Clinical Administrator, Operations Manager, or BCBA via the Everest Program. Compensation varies by education level (High School/Associate’s: $20.25–$24/hr; Bachelor’s: $21–$25.50/hr; Master’s: $21–$28/hr) with full-time hours, benefits, and ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
