Job Summary
One-on-one ABA therapy with children aged 18 months to 8 years, following personalized treatment plans, collecting session data, and engaging kids through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a safe, organized therapy space and collaborate with a supportive team. Willingness to obtain paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire and commit to a full-time Monday–Friday schedule (8am–5pm) with optional Saturdays based on patient needs. Located in San Tan Valley, AZ; compensation varies by education level (High School/Associate: $19–$23.75/hr; Bachelor: $21.50–$27.25/hr; Master: $22.50–$28/hr).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
