One-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy; follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data; help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities; stay active and engaged during therapy; maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment; collaborate with a supportive team; guaranteed full-time hours with paid RBT certification and growth opportunities; role supports potential advancement to Clinical Administrator, Operations Manager, or BCBA through Everest Program; starting pay varies by education level, with 20.25–24/hr for high school/associate, 21–25.50/hr for bachelor’s, and 21–28/hr for master’s degree.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)Certification
- High School diploma or Associate’s Degree
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
