Job Summary
You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, help children learn through play and activities, maintain a safe environment, and collaborate with a supportive team. Compensation varies by education level, with pay scales provided for High School/Associate’s, Bachelor’s, and Master’s degree holders. Training is provided, and there are growth opportunities into leadership roles and BCBA pathways.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- High school diploma or GED
- ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- ability to travel within clinic coverage if needed (team-based flexibility)
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
