Job Summary
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years in a clinic setting. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, and support learning through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment and collaborate with a supportive team. Roles include potential growth into leadership or BCBA-through-Everest Program pathways. Requirements: 18+ years old, high school diploma, ability to lift up to 30 lbs, willingness to obtain paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays; full-time position in Frankfort, IL.
Required Qualifications
- Active RBT Certification
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable with physical activities (sitting/standing/crouching/getting on/off the floor)
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Full-time availability (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm; Saturdays optional)
