Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based approaches, following personalized treatment plans and collecting simple session data. Engage children through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities; maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment; collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow and succeed. The role requires high school diploma, ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with optional Saturdays; full-time hours with guaranteed growth opportunities and progressive leadership pathways within ABC. Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification is required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable with floor-level activities and moving in/out of positions
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to support nearby clinics as needed
