Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple session data, and using play-based methods to facilitate learning through activities like movement, reading, games, and hands-on tasks. Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment; collaborate with a supportive team; opportunity for growth into roles such as Clinical Administrator, Operations Manager, or BCBA through the Everest Program. Requires active RBT certification and a High School diploma; schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays, location The Woodlands, TX; full-time with guaranteed hours and benefits.
