Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA techniques. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, and help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment and collaborate with a supportive team focused on growth. Eligible for paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire with guaranteed full-time hours and opportunities for advancement. Location: Palatine, IL; Schedule: Monday–Friday 8am–5pm ( Saturdays optional).
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Full-time availability Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (optional Saturdays based on patient needs)
