Job Summary
Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data while working one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Help kids learn through play, movement, reading, and hands-on activities while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment. Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping children grow and succeed. Maintain an active pace, comfortable with frequent sitting, standing, and crouching. This role requires at least 18 years of age, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Candidates must be willing to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire. Schedule includes Monday-Friday daytime hours with optional Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
- Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed
