Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, and help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment; collaborate with a supportive team. Must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or associate’s degree, and be willing to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays; location is Litchfield Park, AZ.
