Job Summary
You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple session data, and helping children learn through play and hands-on activities. Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment and collaborate with a supportive team focused on growth. The role requires an active RBT certification and a high school diploma, with guaranteed full-time hours, paid RBT certification training, and growth opportunities into clinical or leadership paths.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable with various physical activities (sitting, standing, crouching, getting on/off the floor) during therapy sessions
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
