Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years, following personalized treatment plans and collecting session data. Engage children through activities such as play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on learning while maintaining a clean, safe therapy environment. Collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow and succeed. Requires active RBT certification and willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with potential Saturdays based on patient needs; full-time role with growth opportunities and structured pay progression.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- 18 years or older
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Team-minded and able to support nearby clinics if needed
