Job Summary
You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy in a full-time role. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, help children learn through play and activities, stay active and engaged during therapy, maintain a clean and safe therapy environment, and collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow. The role includes guaranteed full-time hours, paid training and RBT certification, growth opportunities into Clinical Administrator or BCBA paths, and comprehensive benefits. Pay scales vary by education level (High School/Associate’s: $17–$23.50/hr; Bachelor’s: $18–$25.50/hr; Master’s: $19–$27/hr). Start date: immediate openings at Action Behavior Centers in Wylie, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Active RBT Certification
- Certification Required: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- High School diploma or Associate’s degree acceptable for rate tier
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Able to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Must be 18 years or older
