One-on-one ABA therapy with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based strategies; follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data; help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities; maintain a clean, safe therapy environment; collaborate with a supportive team and grow toward leadership roles within ABC’s growth framework; paid training and RBT certification provided; on-site role in Lakeville, MN with guaranteed full-time hours and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (optional Saturdays)
- Full-Time position in Lakeville, MN
- Experience with children ages 18 months to 8 years (ABA therapy)
