Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

One-on-one ABA therapy with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based approaches; follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, help children learn through play and activities, maintain a safe therapy environment, and collaborate with a supportive clinical team. Requires active RBT certification within 20 days of hire, 18+ years old, high school diploma, ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and full-time daytime schedule (with optional Saturdays).
