Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based activities. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, and help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment; collaborate with a supportive team; and be willing to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire. Growth opportunities include leadership roles and pathways to BCBA roles through ABC Everest Program. Full-time hours with predictable daytime schedule (8am–5pm, Monday–Friday; optional Saturdays) and incentives such as competitive pay by education level, paid training, and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
