Job Summary
You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans and collecting simple session data. You’ll help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities while staying active and engaged and maintaining a clean, safe therapy environment. Collaboration with a supportive team is key, with opportunities for growth into roles such as Clinical Administrator or Operations Manager and the Everest Program to pursue BCBA pathways. Paid training includes completing the RBT certification within 20 days of hire; compensation varies by education level (High School/Associate’s: $17–$23.50/hour; Bachelor’s: $18.25–$25.50/hour; Master’s: $19.25–$27/hour).
