Job Summary
Provide one-on-one support to children with autism using evidence-based strategies and implement individualized treatment plans designed by supervising clinicians. Teach communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills in home, school, or community settings while collecting data on client progress to adjust support strategies. Build positive relationships with clients and families, collaborate with the clinical team for consistent care, and celebrate meaningful progress. Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, and have evening/after-school availability for sessions typically running 2–6 hours Monday through Friday. Paid RBT certification training is provided within the first month.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or GED (minimum)
- 18+ years old
- Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities (or related coursework)
- Valid driver's license
- Car insurance
- Own reliable vehicle
Desired Qualifications
- Candidates with evening/after-school availability preferred
