Job Summary
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) providing in-home and community-based ABA services under supervision. Implement behavior intervention plans, collect data on client behavior, assist in care plan development, and use ABA techniques to teach new skills and manage challenging behaviors. Maintain accurate, confidential client records and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure effective care coordination. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, HIPAA knowledge, ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, and be at least 18 years old. Part-time role with afternoons, Mon-Fri, located in Thornton, CO; travel is 100% as needed.
