Job Summary
Provide high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy to help children develop communication, social, play, daily living, and independence skills. Work closely with families and supervising BCBAs to support each child's growth and celebrate progress. Maintain current RBT certification and build rapport with clients while engaging them in learning. Full-time and part-time positions available with flexible scheduling for after-school, daytime, and weekend availability. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $28.00 to $33.00, plus a $500 sign-on bonus after 180 billable hours. Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
