Job Summary
Provide high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy to help children develop communication, social, play, daily living, and independence skills. Work closely with families and supervising BCBAs to support each child's growth and celebrate their progress. Ensure reliable transportation and maintain rapport with clients while engaging them in learning. Available for full-time or part-time after-school, daytime, and weekend shifts. Earn $28.00–$33.00 per hour with a $500 sign-on bonus after 180 billable hours. Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Reliable transportation

- Willingness to learn, grow, and work both independently and as part of a team
- After-school, daytime, and weekend availability
