Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to address target behaviors and skill deficits in clients with developmental disabilities. Provide direct one-on-one therapy across homes, schools, clinics, and community settings while collecting accurate data on client progress. Assist in developing individualized treatment goals and implement behavior reduction strategies to promote positive change. Offer ongoing feedback to the BCBA regarding client observations and participate in regular supervision sessions. Maintain strict confidentiality and collaborate effectively with parents, caregivers, teachers, and the interdisciplinary team.
