Job Summary
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder by implementing individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA. Collect data and submit session notes while collaborating with peers and supervisors through regular staff meetings and trainings. Maintain a vehicle and valid driver's license to commute from each location and pass a criminal background check. Work Monday to Friday with weekends as needed, including up to 25% travel, within a competitive compensation package featuring health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Certification
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
- Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication
- The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
- Valid state identification card
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must have a vehicle and valid drivers license to commute from each location
- Must be prompt to appointments
- Up to 25% travel
