Job Summary
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments, implementing individualized treatment plans and programs as written by supervising BCBA. Conduct data collection and session note submission while collaborating with peers and supervisors through regular staff meetings and trainings. Maintain a vehicle and valid driver's license to commute from each location, ensuring prompt arrival for all appointments. This role supports children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in achieving developmental abilities. Candidates must hold RBT certification, pass a criminal background check, and possess experience working with children or adolescents with ASD.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
- Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication
- The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
- Valid state identification card
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass a criminal background check
- RBT Certification (Required)
