Job Summary
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments, implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting data for session note submission. Collaborate with peers and supervisors while participating regularly in staff meetings and trainings. Maintain a vehicle and valid driver's license to commute from each location, adhering to Monday through Friday schedules with weekends as needed and up to 25% travel. Pass a criminal background check to support children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in their developmental progression.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Certification
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
- Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication
- The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
- Valid state identification card
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must have a vehicle and valid drivers license to commute from each location
- Must be prompt to appointments
- Up to 25% travel
