Job Summary
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy for children with autism in home or clinic settings. Implement individualized treatment plans written by a supervising BCBA, collect data, submit session notes, collaborate with peers and supervisors, and participate in staff meetings/trainings. Requires a vehicle and valid driver's license to commute to locations. Primary duties include delivering evidence-based ABA therapy, maintaining reliable transportation, and adhering to scheduled hours (Monday–Friday) with travel up to 25%.
Required Qualifications
- RBT Certification (Required)
- Experience working with children/adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
- Valid state identification card
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass a criminal background check
